Isabella DiMare
Born and raised in Weymouth, Massachusetts, Bella has deep roots in the South Shore—a place that continues to inspire her both personally and professionally. She attended Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, an all-girls school that instilled the importance of empowering one another and embracing leadership from a young age.
Bella earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, where she also competed as a Division I Track and Field athlete. She later pursued healthcare at the Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing at UMass Chan Medical School.
Through her graduate education, Bella earned her Registered Nurse license, certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, and Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Her education allows her to approach aesthetic medicine with a strong understanding of health, psychology, communication, and individualized patient care.
Her clinical experience throughout the Greater Boston area allows her to blend psychology, nursing, and patient education in a way that supports both physical and emotional well-being. Her path into aesthetics was a natural evolution—uniting clinical knowledge with a genuine desire to help patients feel like the most confident version of themselves.
At Brisa Aesthetics, Bella works under the guidance of Briana Torrey, NP-BC , whose extensive aesthetic expertise supports Bella’s commitment to safe, individualized, and beautifully balanced treatment plans.
With her warm, attentive nature, Bella strives to make every patient feel heard and at ease. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her close-knit Italian family, discovering new restaurants with her partner, catching up with friends, and going for runs.
Marianne Merlis
Marianne is not just any injector—she is one of Briana’s childhood friends. Briana’s unwavering confidence in Marianne’s clinical ability, judgment, and character made welcoming her to Brisa an easy choice.
Together, they have built a space where natural beauty is thoughtfully enhanced, individuality is respected, and patients feel genuinely cared for throughout every stage of their aesthetic journey.
Marianne holds bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Health & Exercise Sciences, pairing a strong academic foundation with extensive hands-on clinical experience.
She completed aesthetic training through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and has continued to refine her technique and aesthetic eye under Briana’s mentorship. Her approach thoughtfully blends art and science to help clients look and feel like the most confident version of themselves.
Before entering aesthetics, Marianne worked in the fast-paced worlds of cardiac and orthopedic surgery. As a perioperative nurse, she became known for her calm precision, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care during demanding clinical situations.
Marianne also has experience administering neurotoxin injections for chronic migraine management, adding another layer of technical depth and therapeutic injection experience to her clinical background.
Her aesthetic philosophy is centered on balance. Marianne takes time to understand each patient’s facial structure, concerns, comfort level, and desired outcome before developing a plan designed to look refreshed, refined, and entirely natural.
Outside the clinic, Marianne values balance and meaningful connection. She enjoys hiking scenic trails with her dogs, Walker and Ripley, discovering new destinations, and cooking something delicious with her husband, Mike.
She is also a passionate gardener, skincare enthusiast, and firm believer in making self-care part of a healthy, fulfilling life.
Professional, passionate, and down-to-earth, Marianne brings clinical confidence and an approachable presence to every appointment. Her goal is to help patients feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely excited about results that still feel completely like them.
Casey Walsh
Casey is a licensed esthetician with six years of experience helping clients feel confident in their skin through customized, results-driven skincare treatments.
She specializes in corrective skincare and creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique concerns, lifestyle, skin history, and long-term goals.
As a proud member of the SkinCeuticals Ambassador Program and a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist, Casey has advanced training in acne management and corrective skincare treatments designed to support lasting skin health—not simply temporary or quick fixes.
Her approach begins with understanding the full picture. Casey evaluates each client’s current routine, skin condition, sensitivities, daily habits, treatment history, and goals before developing a skincare plan that feels realistic, strategic, and personalized.
Known for her warm personality and educational approach, Casey believes skincare should feel approachable, empowering, and customized to the individual.
She takes time to explain why specific products and treatments may be recommended, helping clients better understand their skin and feel confident in the choices they make throughout their skincare journey.
