About Brisa
Our approach
We believe in “silent filler” and customized, bespoke treatment plans that enhance your natural beauty without looking overdone. Our focus is on natural-looking, long-term results through biostimulation and regenerative treatments. We lead with truth, transparency, and honesty — we will never recommend a treatment that is not right for you just to make a sale. Every plan is customized to your goals, needs, and budget, and we prioritize trust and long-term relationships over quick transactions.
Brisa Aesthetics is located in Weymouth, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston and near Derby Street Shops in Hingham. We are easily accessible from Quincy, Hingham, Braintree, and the South Shore.
Yes — there is free, convenient parking available on-site for clients.
No. We are by appointment only so we can provide personalized, one-on-one care. We occasionally have same-day openings, so you are welcome to call or message us to check availability.
Yes. We love injector parties and group bookings. Contact us to arrange a private group experience.
At Brisa, you are never treated like a number. The goal is thoughtful, personalized care and results that still look like you.
Booking & Policies
Appointments and scheduling
You can book directly through our website or by calling or texting the office. A credit card is required to hold your appointment.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. You can reschedule or cancel through our self-booking system or the confirmation email you received after booking. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee, including complimentary consultations. Please review the full policy in our Patient Resources section.
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy times. If you are planning around an event such as a wedding, schedule your consultation 3–6 months ahead so there is enough time to create the right treatment timeline.
If your preferred time is unavailable, we recommend booking the closest available appointment. While we do our best to accommodate waitlist requests, openings cannot be guaranteed. Securing an appointment ensures you are on the schedule, and if something opens sooner we will do our best to move you up.
You are welcome to bring a friend for support. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that children not attend appointments.
Consultations & Payment
Fees, financing, and what to expect
Yes. We offer complimentary consultations because we believe in education and transparency. A card on file is required to reserve the appointment, and the cancellation and no-show policy still applies.
Pricing depends on the individual treatment plan and patient needs. You can view treatment costs through our online booking system, and payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. We also offer Cherry Financing for flexible monthly payment options. Apply for Cherry Financing.
No. Our services are cosmetic and are not covered by medical insurance plans, and we do not accept FSA or HSA cards.
Not at this time. We do offer Cherry Financing, which allows you to split payments into manageable monthly plans.
No. Because Brisa Aesthetics is a medical office, gratuities are not accepted. The best gratuity you can leave is a positive Google review and referrals.
Yes. We offer both digital and physical gift cards. Digital gift cards can be purchased directly through our online booking system. If you would like a physical gift card, please call or text the office to coordinate pickup, as our hours vary and we are by appointment only.
Your Visit
First appointments and inclusive care
Please confirm your appointment through the confirmation email, which also contains your required forms. We ask that forms be completed before your visit when possible. If you need help completing them, arrive 15 minutes early so we can assist you. Our only request is that you arrive on time, as treatment time cannot be extended in consideration of other guests.

Yes. Brisa Aesthetics is a judgment-free, inclusive medical spa where everyone is welcome. We are committed to creating a comfortable and affirming experience for all clients, regardless of gender identity or expression.
Yes. We offer customized, gender-affirming aesthetic treatments tailored to your individual goals. This may include facial balancing with dermal fillers, jawline and chin contouring, PRP hair restoration, and skin rejuvenation.
We specialize in personalized, gender-affirming facial balancing to help you achieve a more masculinized, feminized, or androgynous look depending on your goals. During your consultation, we will discuss your vision and create a plan tailored to your desired aesthetic.
Yes. We offer PRP hair restoration for clients experiencing thinning or hair loss related to hormonal changes, including those on gender-affirming hormone therapy.
Absolutely. We prioritize creating a respectful and affirming environment. You are welcome to share your name and pronouns when booking, and we will ensure you feel seen and valued throughout your visit.

Products, perks, and plans
We recommend medical-grade skincare based on your individual needs and skin type. Brisa carries Alastin Skincare and SkinMedica, and you can shop online with direct shipping through the Skin Care Shop section.
Yes. We carry medical-grade skincare to help enhance and maintain your results. Ask us for recommendations during your visit.
Yes. We offer Brisa Bank account credit memberships, a Tox Membership for exclusive Botox pricing, and other plans that include monthly savings and complimentary treatments. Memberships can be purchased through the online booking system.
Yes. We offer packages for Morpheus8, PRP Hair Restoration, and other series-based treatments. We also run seasonal promotions. Joining our email list and following us on Instagram is the best way to stay updated.
Absolutely. We offer treatments for both men and women. Many male clients enjoy services such as Botox, Morpheus8, and hair restoration, and we also offer penile and scrotal neurotoxin treatments.
No. We do not perform Botox, fillers, or most aesthetic treatments on pregnant or breastfeeding clients. However, we do offer pregnancy-safe options such as microneedling with SkinPen.
