What is PRF EZGEL?
EZGEL is created from a patient's own blood. After collection, the blood is processed to obtain platelet-rich fibrin components and plasma. A portion of the plasma is heated to change its consistency and is then combined with PRF concentrate to create an injectable autologous gel. 1
PRF contains platelets and a fibrin matrix associated with growth-factor release. Published clinical research on injectable PRF has investigated its use for facial skin rejuvenation, while newer research has also examined albumin gel combined with i-PRF. 2 3

What does the published evidence show?
Research on PRF and autologous albumin gel in facial aesthetics is growing, but the evidence base is still relatively small. The studies below are included for education—not as a guarantee of your outcome.
Injectable PRF for facial rejuvenation
Eleven participants received three monthly facial i-PRF treatments. At three months, the investigators reported statistically significant improvement in some objective skin measures, including spots and pores, along with improvements in several patient-reported satisfaction scales. No major adverse effects were reported.

A 13-participant split-face study compared albumin gel plus i-PRF on one nasolabial fold with i-PRF alone on the other. The combination-treated side showed a statistically significant increase in measured dermal thickness. The small sample size should be considered when interpreting the findings.

A study involving 20 participants evaluated several autologous platelet-rich plasma and fibrin preparations across three treatment sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. The investigators reported increases in skin density, with smaller changes in thickness across the evaluated preparations.

What is PRF EZGEL?
PRF EZGEL is an autologous gel prepared from components of your own blood. The process combines temperature-processed plasma gel with platelet-rich fibrin concentrate to create a material used for personalized aesthetic treatment.
Is EZGEL the same thing as traditional filler?
No. EZGEL is created from your own blood components and is not the same material as a manufactured hyaluronic-acid filler. The treatments can also have different goals. Your provider can explain which approach better fits the result you want.
What areas can PRF EZGEL treat?
EZGEL educational materials describe treatment areas including the under-eyes, cheeks, temples, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips and surrounding mouth area, chin and jawline, as well as other delicate facial areas. Appropriate placement is determined individually.
How many EZGEL treatments will I need?
Manufacturer patient materials commonly describe a series of approximately 2–3 sessions spaced around 4–6 weeks apart. That is not a universal protocol. Brisa will customize your treatment schedule based on your goals, treatment areas and response.
How quickly will I see results?
EZGEL is generally approached as a progressive regenerative treatment rather than a guaranteed instant result. The timing and degree of visible improvement vary from patient to patient.
Is there downtime?
Recovery varies by the areas treated, injection technique and individual response. Your provider will review the expected recovery and procedure-specific risks with you before treatment.
Can EZGEL be combined with other treatments?
It may be incorporated into a broader treatment plan. Manufacturer materials describe combining PRF-based treatment with procedures such as microneedling, lasers or other skin treatments when appropriate. Your provider will determine whether combining procedures makes sense for you.
Is PRF EZGEL safe?
EZGEL is autologous, meaning it is prepared from your own blood components. However, autologous treatments are not risk-free. Blood collection, preparation and injection are medical procedures, so candidacy, sterile handling, anatomical knowledge and informed consent remain important.
